About Jerseyman Magazine

JerseyMan & PhillyMan Magazine, formed in 2008 by Publisher Ken Dunek, is a quarterly, feature-based entertainment publication in the tri-state area.

Started in 2015, is a C-level, mastermind-type group that enjoys all the benefits of Legacy Club + much more. An elite group of professionals who have made it to the top of their class and seek high-level networking opportunities. Spaces are limited.

Our large monthly networking events with over 350 members. We average about 150-200 attendees and rotate our Legacy Club events every 3-4 weeks between South Jersey & Philadelphia.

Meet the Team

Ashley Dunek

Assistant Publisher

Ashley is a graduate of Holy Family University in Philadelphia, PA, where she had a full athletic scholarship for basketball and earned All-Conference Honors her junior and senior seasons, graduating with a BA in Psychology in 2005. Ashley earned her Master's in Elementary Education from Wilmington University in 2008 and worked in a special education school for three years.

She joined JerseyMan/PhillyMan Magazine in 2013 as Special Events Coordinator, and is now the Assistant Publisher for JerseyMan/PhillyMan. Ashley helped build their private business network, the Legacy Club, from a 10-member group into a 300+ member network. She has coordinated and executed JerseyMan & PhillyMan’s Unmasking gala for eleven years, which has given back over $115,000 to local charities in our area.

JP Lutz

Account Executive

JP is an Assistant Professor of Practice in Sports Marketing at Saint Joseph’s University and an Account Executive with JerseyMan & PhillyMan since 2015. A sports industry professional with more than 15 years of experience, he has held leadership roles with the Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia Soul, and Special Olympics Pennsylvania across corporate partnerships, ticket sales, premium services, and corporate giving.

In addition to his professional and academic roles, Lutz owns and operates Bucks County Baseball Co., a vintage sports clothing and collectibles business based in Bristol, Pennsylvania. He holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from Drexel University and remains active in several professional and civic organizations throughout the Philadelphia region.

Alexandra Dunek

Administrative Assistant

Alexandra joined JerseyMan & PhillyMan in 2014 after graduating with a Professional & Technical Communications degree from RIT. She works as both an office administrator and a special events coordinator. Additionally, she writes the magazine's fitness column, manages its social media pages and assists Ashley with the special events, including the annual Unmasking gala.

Ken Dunek

Managing Partner & Publisher

Ken Dunek, a native of Chicago, IL, heads the operation at JerseyMan/PhillyMan Magazine. A former professional football player, Ken played for the Philadelphia Eagles, Baltimore Colts, New York Giants, and Philadelphia Stars of the United States Football League, winning one NFC Championship and two USFL Championships.

After transitioning from football, Ken spent over 30 years in the commercial paper business selling large sheets and rolls of paper to commercial printing companies.
In 2009, he started New Opportunity Publishing with two partners, and launched JerseyMan and PhilyMan Magazines.

Ken has been married for 43 years to his wife Terri. They have four daughters, Ashley (assistant publisher), and triplets Alexandra (who writes the fitness column and runs the office), and Taylor and Jamie who chose nursing as their profession.

He is an avid golfer and a long time member of Burlington Country Club in Westhampton, NJ.

Anthony Mongeluzo

Managing Partner

Anthony Mongeluzo, one of the managing partners of JerseyMan, is a visionary entrepreneur, technology leader, and longtime supporter of the South Jersey business community. He has been involved with JerseyMan for well over a decade, helping support its continued growth as a trusted lifestyle, business, and community-focused publication.

Anthony is also the President & CEO of PCS (www.helpmepcs.com), which he founded at just 20 years old while studying at Rowan University. What began in his parents’ home quickly scaled into a thriving IT services firm with over 250 employees operating across eight states. Under his leadership, PCS has been recognized nationally as one of America’s fastest-growing companies.

A serial entrepreneur, Anthony has launched or partnered in eleven businesses, eight of which are technology ventures focused on cybersecurity, software development, and IT solutions. His ventures have collectively created hundreds of jobs, fueling innovation and economic growth. Known for his creative approach, Anthony is as likely to arrive at meetings in the Tech Tank, a custom mobile office, as he is to be featured on television.

For more than 16 years, he has served as a trusted IT expert for FOX-TV in Philadelphia and has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, MSNBC, and other national outlets. Beyond business, Anthony is passionate about community impact, helping lead the effort to expand The Satell Institute to South Jersey and serving on multiple nonprofit and corporate boards.

Donald Eichman

Managing Partner

Don Eichman, one of the Managing Partners of JerseyMan, is the President & CEO of Alcom Printing Group, a Pennsylvania-based integrated print, direct mail, fulfillment, and marketing communications company with more than 75 years of industry history. Don has dedicated over 40 years to Alcom, helping lead the company through one of the most transformative periods in the printing industry.

Beginning his career in traditional commercial printing, Don has played a pivotal role in evolving Alcom from a conventional sheetfed and web printing company into a diversified manufacturing and marketing solutions provider focused on digital inkjet web printing, print-on-demand technology, direct mail, fulfillment, online ordering platforms, and integrated workflow automation. Under his leadership, Alcom has continually invested in emerging technologies and strategic acquisitions to strengthen its market position and expand its capabilities.

Throughout his career, Don has built a reputation for entrepreneurial thinking, strategic growth, and strong customer relationships. He has helped guide numerous acquisitions and partnerships that expanded Alcom’s footprint and service offerings across healthcare, publishing, financial, education, retail, pharmaceutical and direct marketing sectors.

Known for his hands-on leadership style and deep understanding of manufacturing operations, Don believes that long-term success is built on character, integrity, innovation, and creating meaningful partnerships with both customers and employees. His passion for the printing industry, combined with a willingness to embrace change and technology, has helped position Alcom as a forward-thinking organization in an evolving marketplace.
Today, Don continues to lead Alcom with a focus on strategic growth, operational efficiency, acquisitions, and next-generation digital manufacturing solutions that help clients streamline production, reduce costs, and improve speed to market.

Terri Dunek

Sales Associate

Terri Dunek is a sales associate for JerseyMan and PhillyMan Magazine.

She married Ken Dunek in 1982, and for 44 years they have raised their four daughters Ashley, Alexandra, Taylor, and Jamie.

Terri has worked in the food industry for most of her life, first as a restaurant manager for Hanover Trail, and then in food preparation with Roselli's in Medford and Cathy's Catering in Moorestown.

Her hobbies are being the best Mom and Wife, and thrifting!
